		<description>This is a great starter recipe for kids, even young ones. Those that are too young to use a knife can still use a peeler to reduce the carrots and potatoes down to cooking size, because as you noted it does not matter what size they are. I used to do this with my kids when they were young to give them a sense of accomplishment.</description>
